It was a great pleasure to be a guest of the Anton de Kom University of Suriname again to teach the course on Innovation and Implementation in the Master of Education Learning and Innovation. What we noticed: many educational innovations just fail. Why is this the case? What factors influence innovation and implementation? What strategies can be used to get better results for all?
